Tokyo CBD price is just like NYC or Paris already. But in Tokyo’s suburbs, especially near Narita International Airport, is a totally different story.
In August 2023, I purchased such a property near Narita.
– Land 1290 sqm (14000 sqft or 0.3 Acre)
– Building 146 sqm (16000 sqft, 4 bedroom, Built in 1989)
Acquisicion cost was only $40,000. Plus renovation, with additional dog park, outdoor deck and sanua installation, was $150,000. The total was $190,000, still sub $200K investment.
